London Apartment Studio in Earls Court, South Kensington (LN-543)

This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure. The convenience and proximity of this studio vacation rental accommodation in the heart of London gives you easy and quick access to not just many local attractions, but sights and places throughout London and beyond. Originally built in 1880, the building is modernly equipped with all the comforts of home, including modern decorations, furnishings, and appliances. The building is made up of a total of nine apartments, giving you a fairly private location from which you can experience London. The building’s modern amenities include video entry phones to provide you with added security and laundry facilities within the building itself. Each apartment receives weekly maid and linen services as well. The location of the building is well-suited for almost everything within Earl’s Court as well as the neighboring borough of South Kensington, including shopping, entertainment, dining, and historic and cultural locations. Additionally, you have the Circle, District and Piccadilly Tube lines quite closeby! Please note that the property owner shall provide accommodation of the type specified in the booking form. However, neither the company nor its employees or agents are able to accept bookings for a certain flat in the building; the company will endeavour to provide any specific accommodation requested in writing by the guest but it cannot guarantee such accommodation will be available for the dates requested. With about 30 square meters (323 square feet) of space, the open-plan apartment is located on the first floor (considered the 2nd floor in the US) at the front of the property. When you first walk in, the bathroom (with a shower) is located immediately to your right; to the left is the main space of this accommodation, made up of a combined living/dining/kitchen area with a double bed. The sofa converts into a double bed as well, creating flexible sleeping options. There is a dining table for meals or workspace, a television with a DVD player and cable programming for entertainment and Internet service is available as well. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, a freezer, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster, giving you several options for meal preparations if you wish to do this in your accommodation. This accommodation’s location within Earl’s Court is close by the Earl’s Court subway stop, so if your explorations or business needs must take you elsewhere in the city, you’ve only to go 0.5 kilometers east (0.3 miles) to get there. Within the borough and its neighbors, however, you will find most everything you might need within walking distance or a short ride away. If you’re interested in serving up your own meals, there’s the Kensington Superstore supermarket located 0.2 km (0.1 miles), essentially one street away, north of this accommodation. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and bars to experience and partake of in the area, catering to many different palates and tastes. For anyone wishing to access Earl’s Court’s large convention spaces, this location is well suited and close by both the Earl’s Court Exhibition Centre (0.3 km/0.2 miles south) and the Olympia Exhibition Centre (1.3 km/0.8 miles northwest). There are two green spaces located within 0.1 kilometers (0.1 miles), each of which is literally one street away, if you wish to relax among a bit of nature within this quiet residential area. For shopping, there’s Kensington High Street, about 0.8 km (half a mile) north of here, and then to the west there’s West Kensington and North End Road’s shops and dining spots, about 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) west. Neighboring Kensington is host to Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park and several museums, all about 3.2 kilometers (2 miles) to the northeast. Further east is the borough of Knightsbridge and upscale shopping in name-brand stores (such as Prada and Gucci), about 3.2 kilometers (2 miles) to the east. This studio vacation rental accommodation is well situated to just about anything in central London, and close to convenient subway or bus travel to get you anywhere else you may wish to visit.
